For all static mixer inquiries — quotation requests, technical questions, application review, or order follow-up — email is our primary contact channel. Every message is reviewed by an engineer, not a call center, and we will reply with a substantive technical response, not a generic acknowledgement.

We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days (Monday to Friday, GMT+8). For urgent technical questions, please include "URGENT" in your subject line and we will prioritize your message.

What to Include in Your Inquiry

The more we know about your process, the more accurate our recommendation and the faster we can quote. The following information is helpful for every static mixer inquiry — please include whatever applies:

• Your name and company name — for quotation and follow-up
• Product model of interest — SV, SK, SX, SH, or SL type (or describe your application if you are unsure which model fits)
• Fluid type and viscosity — in cP or mPa·s (water-like, oil-like, polymer solution, slurry, etc.)
• Flow rate — in m³/h or L/min, including minimum and maximum if the process is variable
• Operating pressure — in MPa or bar, including any pressure surges or transient peaks
• Operating temperature — in °C, including minimum and maximum if the process is variable
• Pipe size — DN (nominal diameter) or inches
• Fluid characteristics — corrosive? abrasive? shear-sensitive? contains solids or fibers? flammable?
• Material preference — 304, 316L, carbon steel, PVC, Hastelloy, or other alloy
• Connection type preference — flange, threaded, welded, tri-clamp, or special
• Special requirements — heating or cooling jacket, sanitary polish (Ra ≤ 0.8 µm), removable elements for cleaning, ATEX/explosion-proof service, etc.

You do not need to provide all of this — send what you have and we will ask follow-up questions. But the more complete the initial information, the more quickly we can return a useful technical recommendation.
